Blood supplies in austere environments such as in far forward combat or wilderness care scenarios are difficult to maintain primarily due to the instability of whole blood products. Bondwell has proposed to develop a highly stable blood substitute to improve care and injury survivability in scenarios where whole blood products are unavailable. We aim to make available a blood substitute with an oxygen capacity on par with whole blood that is safe and effective for human use.

January: Bondwell Technologies expands facilities.
In January of 2023 Bondwell Technologies added an additional 1,916 square feet through the lease of Building 2 at 415 Graham road from Innovate BCS Properties. This expansion brings our total facility space to include 2,100 sq. ft. of office space and 3,500 sq. ft. of wet lab space.
